Hi Logos,
This thread had the original purpose of bringing together a Tibook users group. Which we did. Tibooks have specific hardware issues and it helps me and other Tibook/LIVE users to exchange tips without having to hunt through the entire forum to find advice that is on point. Unfortunately the BB software does not allow a private discussion group so we have to use the general forum. This is Ableton's policy.
If, in the course of conversation, we discuss the merits of one platform over another, so be it. Who does it hurt? And there are some valuable distinctions to be made regarding the performance of LIVE on different platforms and hardware setups. As a registered Live user, I think it is appropriate for me to use this forum for that purpose. Maybe you should look for other forums that would welcome your talents as a policeman. :wink:
