I don’t follow sports but for whatever reason I checked out the first half of the super bowl. Jesus fuck, could there be any more commercial breaks?!? And no amount of clever commercials makes up for the tonnage of commercial breaks they took. If sex were the super bowl it would be 4 strokes maximum followed by shit breaks. FFS.
Perry, Kravitz, and Elliot nailed the halftime show. During which there were no commercial breaks.

Yeah, I've all but completely given up on the NFL. It's worse with NBC than any of the others btw.
I'm very happy that the sheattle team lost, but I didn't watch any of it.

Already getting good reviews. Sounds like they're doing it right.
Sounds like they will be playing with time periods. Pre-Saul and Post-Saul.

We need a bump here for OBVIOUS reasons
I'm back to netflix/DS9. The oddest thing is when watching this from the beginning is how "deep" the first few seasons were. No I mean seriously, some deep shit went down. Far deeper than the standard star trek fare (and I'm a pretty BIG ST fan)
But though the lastest stuff (which is still, almost 20 years old) isn't quit at "that" level, it's still interesting. Though I'm a fag, Major Kira is STILL one of the best babes in history. She's feisty, sassy, built like a brick shithouse, and smarter than the average bear.
Of course I love ODO too. So much love for "what is right" and so much trying for "truth and justice"
I digress.........it's fantasy, but it's still LIGHT YEARS from most of todays showings.........

12 Monkeys on SyFy is not only watchable, it's downright fucking compelling. Such a fan of the Gilliam movie and more so the original source material La Jetee, I was understandably skeptical and had my finger on the MENU button the entire first episode - ready to bail at the slightest sign of....well....the usual SyFy channel original series nonsense and hopeless lack of any real drama or urgency.

People who binge watch TV shows are more likely to be depressed and lonely.

Nobody has watched this yet? Really?
Too busy frustrating yourselves with Helix? People have fucked up priorities.

I'd rather watch the golden girls.
