That chart excludes private donations. See, in Europe nobody gives a damn so your governments steal your money so they can give it away for you. In the US, regular people give far more than the government because they actually care without being forced to.
A chart of private contributions...

his chart and my chart come from the exact same source, from the exact same year. I think my chart is a better measure of how charitable a nation is (percentage of GNI), and he thinks his chart is a better measure of how charitable a nation is (private donations represented as a percentage of the GDP)
There is nothing to argue about. He seems to get that, his further calculations were based on his preference for the GDP chart he posted - and seeing as I don't subscribe to that method of representing the charitable qualities of a nation, I obviously don't subscribe to his 'per capita' calculations based on those figures.
Arguing the point further would be retarded. Which would explain your interest in seeing it argued further.

It took me a while to figure you out. Now I realize what your motivating force is. Don't worry
little guy... I'm pretty much done with you dum. What ever screen names you use in the future... whos to say?
carry on... but let me just say that lashing out at people to make yourself feel BIGger won't actually do you any good in the long run. More milk might have helped... but its probably genetic.
