Yeah, you guys all have incredibly tidy work areas... my bedroom (which is my studio) is covered in crap everywhere.
I'll post up a pic soon, but in the meantime I can assure you that it looks like a total mess. I feel more creative when I am around electronic chaos. I couldn't produce in such sterile environments!
I have crappy Yamaha and Casio keyboards laying everywhere, my floor is covered with 12" and 7" paper sleeves that I forgot to put records back in, there's wires everywhere, more midi controllers than I could possibly use, stacks of CD and DVD-R's everywhere, notes jotted down on paper, post-it notes, dirty clothes, overflowing ashtrays, and empty beer bottles.
That's just how I get down.

Dude, ya gotta post a before clean up pic, nobody appreciates a proper mess more than the guys.

I'm not cleaning it up. The most I'll do is put away laundry, empty ashtrays and throw away bottles... but in a week it's back to its' old self. I like it that way. It's comfy.

Nice desk.
I particularly like the old school nintendo. Used for sampling lo-fi sounds?
But I must ask, what the hell is a fender jaguar doing up on the mantle like that? I hope it's used for more than decoration!
