I plan to go to Berlin later this year even if I have to go on my own (my friends got skint late last year).

as we agreed sometime back to post any [forum] member music related activity that takes place in berlin here...

i post this, eggnchips from the forum is pulling that one off... they are a hell lot of fun... to be recommended.

a very few slots are still available.

, well thanks to all of you!, to make it yet another exiting and fun event, even i have to honestly say that i am in parts a bit disappointed about some rather narrow minded people coming along, i mean we had so awesome music from all angles around, not just the berlin type of minimal bum bum tshik crap and some people still expect it to be just a party... with, well, bum bum minimal crap all night long... to those brain dead idiots, please rather stay at home or go to berghain on the weekend and buy a lot of cheap drugs in the toilets.

man, paul, the guy who did the vocal live looping and layering was absolute awesome for instance.

that does really take the fun out of doing it, to a certain extend...

but on the other hand a lot of 'new' faces came along with real interest in music and the community as well... so that made up for it.

and i like to place a VERY special thanks to Nico from the support team for the great M4L presentation!

That's a shame - I was only there up until the end of the M4L presentation, but thought it was a really good meeting - that electro-acoustic performance at the start was a perfect warm-up and really unusual for the usual playlist. And I got lots of help with a small fix for my live-set before the gig from meeting-regulars as well as people I met for the first time last night. Ah well, you can't please everyone, I guess...

PS: no crashes with Live all evening... using Live 6 on a PowerBook G4

besides in many berlin clubs it is forbidden to take pics or videos, which i totally agree with!
