beats me wrote:Bought Titan Fall 2 for $35. Took the majority of the day to download. I've complained before about the slow speed of Sony's network, but then I realized there are probably way more gamers than there are music software downloaders.
Heard the single player game is pretty good weighing in at about 6 hours. That's about the peak of my attention span. Apparently the beta didn't go well and as a result gamers aren't buying. Plenty of complaints about not enough people playing online. I find this both bizarre and understandable given the times we live in. A game can't be great on its own. Its got to be a social superiority contest. To me the single player game should be the focus and the online version should be the afterthought, not the other way around. Whatevs. Looking forward to playing.
That is true. I know some games actually focus on the online multiplayer parts, but you can tell right away which game that calls for it.
My recent purchase was Fallout 4...... gotta say I have a major crush on that one. A well designed single-player game and nope.... 6 hours are not enough with this one, so addictive.

Right now I'm playing The TALOS Principle and The Swapper on PC. Both really cool sci-fi story/puzzle games. I've been quite into this genre the last couple of years. I really enjoyed games like Dear Esther (ok not really a puzzle game) and The Vanishing of Ethan Carter. And also the delightful retro-looking To The Moon.
I also just finished The Witcher 2 which took me about 60 hours I guess

I do love the Witcher games. Played the first one last year and even though it was kind of dated graphically by then the story and characters were great. I never really enjoyed PC RPG's (was more of a Zelda-person

) until The Witcher. Ok that's not entirely true, I enjoyed Mass Effect I and II (still need to play 3).

Final Fantasy 15 has been getting all of my attention. For all it's flaws, it's super fun and I'm enjoying every minute of it.

I'm deep into Pinball, truly the gold moment with all the new tables and upcoming releases. Nothing like playing hotseat with your family on a pinball night, with beers and bubble gums..or beating high scores against your talented - loud and proud 10 y.o nephew

There is a new pinball table based of Fallout for Pinball FX2 which is looking great, maybe you might want to check that out. Especially if you like the other two tables which are based on Skyrim and Doom

So excited waiting for the
Pinball FX3 which supposed to be released already. This is one of the most awaited moment to all fans. Anyone on the same boat here? Going to be the greatest upgrade ever, with free imported tables from the older series.
