Since moving to Luxembourg I've been on a mission to see as much of it as I can from my mountain bike. Think I'm getting pretty close to running out of trails!

I just finished a kale smoothie, worked out with kettle bells, bicycled to the ballot box, dropped off my ballot, went for a ride around Alki beach, got into a conversation with a millennial about artificial intelligence and whether that's somehow the answer to mankind's ills, then came home for a vegan meal.

If I did crossfit I would literally disappear into an archetype of the Seattle experience. :x

Revamping this old off topic post. Had the recent experience of a bad blood test in January.
Apparently I slipped into some bad habits during covid. Who knew you could get high cholesterol from eating a full pizza and a quart of ice cream a couple times a week for years on end? :x Anyway since then back into biking and now hot yoga, dropped massive weight, feel great etc. Now that I I came back to it after slagging off I wonder why I stopped?
