No interest. At all.
Then again, I don't have 879 clips that I'm trying to manage in my sets.

Holy crab, ThumbJam is badass.
http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/thumbjam ... 77566?mt=8
My favorite instrument so far is the cello, just started sliding away on a sad ass melody and then started doing 4 note chords and daaaaaaaaamn, you could score a movie with this thing.
Man, I'm going to go see if I can make bank at some of the local wineries just sitting there sliding along on this.
Oh, and there's percussion on it too!

Just experienced the benefits and annoyance of multitasking which the iPhone has and the iPad doesn't yet.
I have the Clock Radio app that streams internet radio stations and runs on both the iPhone and iPad. I was checking it out on my iPhone and went to run another app but when I clicked out of the app the music was still playing. I was having a serious "WTF, knock it off!" moment. Thought it was a bug but then realized it defaults to running in the background and I have to manually switch off the music to get it to stop. When I run the same app on the iPad it just stops. Schooled.
Also interesting how some developers make a single app that runs on both iPhones and iPads but still has a different appearence on both. And other developers make apps where you have to buy 2 different versions if you want one that takes advantage of the greater magic on the iPad.
iPad!

The other thing that sucks is there is no discount upgrade path for the iPad version if you already own the iPhone version.

Got an external 1T drive to attach to my living room Mac Mini media server because my library was outgrowing the internal drive. To make sure I kept the file structure and migrated the library properly I looked up the instructions on the Apple site.
Back in the dark days I would have looked this up on my MBP and would have to schlep the laptop brick to the living room to follow the instructions while I performed the task, having to unplug the 5 tentacle wires I have plugged into the thing, I might add. But today I'm happy to tell you, my friends, that I just performed the same instruction following task using the iPad with zero inconvenience. I sobbed with joy through the whole thing.

I'm sobbing with you, right now.
*hands beats a tissue*
What drive did you buy?
Thinking about getting a new little compact fucker solely for Time Machine.

I've been loving my WD 500GB Studio Passport w/FW800+USB 2.0.
…but not as much as my 64GB Wi-Fi+3G iPad.
True story, that.

Yeah, cool. I've got one of the first Passports to have come out - 180GB or something - and was thinking of getting another. Good to know they are still reliable. WD's track record is sometimes a bit sketchy. I bought two of the MyBooks ages ago and they both konked out with a month of one another.

This
http://www.amazon.com/Western-Digital-E ... 911&sr=8-1
It's not really small and needs the power cord but I've had good luck with WD drives, don't need it to be portable for my specific use, and the price is great.
Have you tried the amazon.com iPad app?? Simply stunning. My favorite online retailer formatted brilliantly on my favorite portable device. Do the wins ever stop?!?! NO!

Here's how I know I have way too many apps. I had to actually use the search function because I couldn't find what I was looking for by flipping through the pages several times.
Gah, can't wait for the OS update and folders.
And I really hope the update is something more special then just "does what the iPhone already has been doing!"
