The new touchable 1.2 will not start on ipad 1gen, screen goes black and program "hides".
Any solution?

@ab maybe something went wrong during updating. Delete touchAble from your ipad and load it from the appstore again - it's free!

Experience the same thing, can't get it to work. I tried reinstalling the app on my iPad 2 and reinstalling the server. I'm using a macbook pro.

The application seems to register with the server software and then crashes instantly. I can't register for the touch-able forum either. It keeps telling me I get the security questions wrong.

Try to delete the app from your iPad (long tap over the icon then hit the cross), then restart your iPad and download the app again from App store.

Tried it, didn't work.I've sent a question to support with a couple of screen dumps

On the web touchable web page it says something about a .png file which displays the Live midi setup, I can't find it?

The new serverpackage for mac contains a picturefile named "settings.png".
If you don't have this in your package please download the new serverpackage from our website

That did the trick, reinstalling app on ipad. Now its working.

Ok one upper case character was the error for registering at the site, that's solved.

Are you sure you are linking to the correct server software on your site, because I can't find a settings.png file in the package nor in the location where the application is installed. I can however find a readme file. The installer says version 1.1.1 of the server. Is that correct?

Download links are correct.
Uninstall your previous installer first if you have a doubt, then install the fresh new one.

Support solved my problems.

Browser caching caused me to download the wrong file for the server. Got the direct link from support and it worked fine.
