Maybe you shouldn't be such a vagina. Seriously, you sound like a bitch. Despite what you say there were reasons for them to suspect you of wrong doing.

Once they started to interrogate you they could probably tell that you were a real whiny douche and probably wanted to kick your ass for that reason alone.

I don't mean to be insensitive but the way you have played cat and mouse with your story has not impressed me. You were very reluctant to give the most basic of details about your situation.

Funny thing is when I was younger I was also a bit of a rotten douche (although not as whiny as you) and looking back at it now I totally understand why cops fucked with me. I acted like an asshole.

You may find if you stop acting like an asshole you will have fewer problems with the police. This plan worked for me and I endorse it fully.

disclaimer: I've had a rotten day and may be throwing some of this your way. That being said I think you need to look in the mirror, lighting doesn't strike the same place twice as they say.

I spent last night in a cell just got dropped back home sigh.

On my way home full of merryment I decided to

Still with a smile on my face I preceeded to wish the 3 cops
surounding me all the best and told them i was on my way
home hoping they would see the funny side.
Nope:
because of the effects of 10 stella's and god nows
how many shots I had a small stagger/sway on.I must have
leaned too close to a cop as i was knocked to the ground
face first and handcuffed and taken to the station about 20
miles away.

I'm still smiling because 20 miles is a long time for a bladder
containing a nights worth of piss to hold its payload and I
doubt they can vallet the car till tomorrow HAHA.

I guess I was lucky....

this guy from Berlin (26 years old) got shot New Years Eve whilst running away from Police - there was a warrant for his arrest.

if you have solid evidence that conflicts anything on they're report, it can void the whole thing.

ie, if you were treated for 4 wounds, when they reported 1, that could be grounds to dismiss the report.

lifeguarding, i have to deal with legal reports, and they are SUPER picky, and people claiming personal injury are super slippery.
