My source is personal observation and my uncle. Chickens will peck all over their pins eating shit because they think it looks like seeds. At my family's farm where they raise chickens for themselves they pour the seed in one corner, thats the only place they should be eating at. The pigs never eat from anything that isnt in their trough and american farmers to my knowledge dont put shit in their food. I learned this because I told my aunt I dont eat animals who eat their own shit and then my uncle called me an idiot and pointed out these facts. I then watched the animals to make sure.

word to the wise: if you ever meet a filipino and they offer you "chocolate meat", it's not really chocolate.. but try it cuz it is good.. ask questions after..

Give me fucking strength. Every time I end up sitting at a table with one of these types, I feel inspired to ask for my steak to come to the table bleeding.

some veg friends are like that, I have a few that I forget are vagitarians.


ThrowAway - understood. my grandparents raised hogs, no shit involved, just dinner scraps. we could go into animal husbandry practices, there's good and bad.
