If that is true, why doesn't everybody have the same problem? I don't experience no noie/hiss at all using my Beyerdynamics DT770(80 Ohm) and powered by the original power supply.
You have the answer literally 4 posts above.
I have very noticable noise on Beyerdynamics DT770(80 Ohm) all the time. Maybe your unit revision is differnt or it's assembled better. Who knows?
Also I think 7506 might just reveal this noise more, as DT770 have scooped high mids.

I would probably bet it has more to do with headphone sensitivity but it might be both.

Maybe your issue is a bit different?

That's A answer, not THE answer. Would like a answer/explanation from Ableton.

I got a reply the other day from support. They gave me the following checklist. However, for me this hasn’t eliminated the noise. My main issue is the noise is there constantly, regardless of power supply or if it’s in control or standalone. It’s louder when the power supply is connected, but still there quietly when running on battery.

Here’s the checklist anyway, maybe someone else has better luck:

On Push
Connect the Push 3 power adaptor to a different socket, power strip, etc.
Connect the Push 3 power supply to a socket on its own (where no other devices are connected).
Connect the AC adaptor of your MacBook to a different socket in a separate room, house, etc.

On your Mac
Connect the MacBook AC adaptor to a socket on its own (where no other devices are connected simultaneously).
Ensure you are not using any adaptor with the AC power supply.
Run your MacBook on battery and without the power supply connected.

Periphery
Disconnect any other devices from the MacBook (e.g. your audio interface).
Use Push and your computer in a different room.
Try using a different USB cable for the connection.
Remove any USB hubs (powered) if possible.
Test with a different model of headphones.

You’ll need to contact Ableton directly, these forums are only for users to help each other and discuss Live.

Recorded the headphones output noise floor, when the power supply is connected (ON): https://voca.ro/1aAteD4WMErG
And when Push is on the battery (OFF):https://voca.ro/1j2RhqPBmgYh

The noise level doesn't depend on the output level, it has always the same level.

And the noise level on Main 1&2 outputs for a comparison. It's much quiter and less of the switching power supply buzz. By the way when I listen to the sound with headphones connected to Push directly, the noise is more noticable for some reason.

ON: https://voca.ro/14dw9qlN7jus
OFF: https://voca.ro/1lKCvdU4nmYT

I've recorded all examples on line inputs of TC Konnekt 48.

Thanks for recording these. Mine is exactly the same.
I contacted Ableton and they said their engineers are actively looking into it. I was offered an exchange but I thought I’d wait to see if they find a solution. I don’t want to exchange yet in case this is a problem in a batch of Pushes.
Have you contacted support?

Received mine yesterday and also have a slight noise/whine on the headphone out.
One thought that popped up is regarding what the headphone volume actually controls. My assumption is that this control is simply controlling the cue level in Live. In other words, the headphone gain would be constantly on its max value. This would also explain why the noise level is constant when changing the headphone volume as you're only changing the digital cue level.
I've certainly encountered noise and whines in audio interface headphone outputs before that are typically noticed only at higher gain, but that is rarely a problem since it's not typically where the amp is operated.
Could this be part of the explanation?

I agree it's a bit weird to have this noise on such an expensive product, though it doesn't really disturb me personally when actually using it.
