Exactly the way I feel. I will be a little kinder in my expression but basically lately I feel like a plant that hasn't been given any water. All my psychic and emotional energy is being drained into trying to keep someone else from having another psychotic breakdown...

Sad ... so many frustrated ego(tripper) 's ... might be better to look first at your self instead of to the (significant) other ...
