Ableton Conroller Question

the answer is simple

Are you going to be using Live or Traktor???

Live = LV2, without a doubt, designed specifically for live.

Traktor = DJ2, without a doubt, designed specifically for traktor.

The reason being, the DJ2 is set up to control 2 channels, and therefore would be a little in appropriate for Live5/6 as you should certaintly have more than 2 channels.

More control with the LV2 also.

Hope someone can help, can't get six to recognise my LV1. Completely straight forward in five but like a lot of things in six its got me fudged…

strange, workes exactlt the same for me.

have you tried opening a Live 5 set into 6 and then just modifying that??

I spoke to Mathias now. He's working to get from ableton native support for the foxes.
I'm waiting anxiously.
