@ Nihad - When I learned to mix I controlled the pitch only through the pitch slider and not to touch the vinyl. So when mixing live into a record i just set a control slider to the BPM box and set it between 120 -133. Then I ride the slider and until i lock the tracks. Its not hard to get used to, and its like doing it on a turntable.
Same here - ride the pitch control

but, there are times when all you need is a nudge (rare, but there are times)

In Live 6 you can assign midi commands to switch the Clip view to whatever clip is playing in each track. Another nice new feature.

you know where the stop button is for a track? next to it is the clip counter.

In live 6, you can assign a MIDI button to the clip counter. Hitting this button will make the playing clip show in the clip viewer.
And you can switch

One of the features that makes mouseless Abes a reality.

MIDI, click on the area next to the Track STOP button - Try it!

I no see ableton need more tools or tweaks for djing, ableton its a production tool, and can use for djing.
Whats featurews you need and no se on ableton?

With ableton children of 8 years can djing and make simple betamixings..............so i no see waht is the missed part of ableton related to djing.

If you want conventional and old style djing you can use other tools, if you want renew the way of you djing and make mix of djing with remixes, and live production, all mixed in new cooland very good way to play music..........well live its the tool, if not...............just use any other specific tool for djing !! :)

Best regards.
