Max/MSP/Jitter+Live is very very nice.

Discuss music production with Ableton Live.

"We" as in the collective us.... Live users.
We know diddly, therefore "for all we know"...

I was asking where from not who but hey :D

This seems to be a comon thing on the internet, but I'd be really interested where it comes from. Theres a cooperation between 2 companys. Pretty mysterious. Now we only have 2 sources of information: Their websites. Both announcements are linked and posted here. They don't explain what the product will be, but they are very explicit about what it won't be. Nontheless, instead of reading them, people rather make up their own "facts" from pure speculation, and post it as common knowledge ("For all we know .."), though it is the exact opposite of whats written in the announcements. I just don't get it. Care to share your motivation?

To save you from reading those awfully long texts, here's the relevant quote:

"For all we know..." Isn't a statement of a fact or common knowledge.
Its exactly the opposite.

Ok. And I dare you to google up one phrase that starts with "for all we know..", that isn't a speculative statement.

Or isn't a song lyric

So anyway.. Regardless of what their announcements say and dont say..
I'm free to speculate the crap out of this event.
I speculate, therefore I am :D
