UPDATE: And since there’s no better source for hard news than third party emails, heres another possible reason Paris was let out yesterday, thanks to the sexy Heather:
"My friend's brother (who works with [Sheriff Lee] Baca's assistant sheriffs) told me that Paris was released due to a severe, "stress-induced" herpes outbreak. He also said that he heard that the blisters had apparently spread to her anus and had taken on abcess-like features that required more serious medical attention. Thus, after taking into account jail overcrowding, the increasing liability that Paris presents, and Paris's lesions, all things weighed in favor of her being put on home confinement."
Is this true? Yes, it's 100 percent true (*). I didn't win trophies in journalism because of my seductive walk and charming smile. In fact, I didn’t win any trophies in journalism at all, so take that!
(*) warning - may not be true

I think they mean to say that putting her in jail got the Paris off of the herpes and taking her out of jail will only make the Paris grow larger.

Hilarious!
It seems pretty clear that she went into jail the first time knowing she wouldn't stay long, and now she's finding out she's not above the law. She looks like she's freaking out - good! The dark side of being the celebrity flavor of the month...everyone really hates you deep down, and the love of the people is as shallow as she is.

I'm sure Paris has a lot of questions regarding Follow Actions and when the new Monome will be released about now? I just hope she has a stack of Future Music mags in there with her to keep her self occupied...

if she would know more...may she would take this situation with more proud.
it is a good example what it means... i just want your best (german expl.).
again it is a poor result of many people around her, telling, i'm a goood friend of you.
she is confused by her lawyer sending her to hell.

obviously a lot of you have never had a run in with the law - which is good...
I've had a few....
Adonis, she was stopped TWICE after her DUI with a suspended license. You're wrong about this, she's getting exactly what anybody would get who had a DUI, and broke her sentencing conditions, TWICE.
She's a spoiled little rich girl, face it, you don't like her because she's sweet!

twice?

Yeah, she was stopped twice. That's why I can't believe her and her lawyer went in there and used the argument that 'she didn't know' her license was suspended. Maybe the first time she got stopped she could have tried that ridiculous excuse, but the second time?! And this is in the span of like two months.
It is clear to me, that the reason the judge was so harsh on her was their complete disregard of the law. He is clearly pissed that her and her lawyers have tried to go over and around the law at every turn, and really made a mockery of all common judicial sense.
That said, I talked to a guy here in LA two days ago, who was pulled over for driving on a suspended license twice in a two-month period last fall. Almost the exact same situation as Paris. He was sentenced to ten days in county jail, and served five for good behavior. Same county, same offense... draw your own conclusions.

This has to be the most unnecessary media frenzy that I can remember, I heard that Paris going to jail was covered on ESPN?!?!?!?
Now turn off your computer and go watch Entertainment Tonight or Weekly or read the Weekly World News at least

Undoubtedly. Or at least since Lindsey Lohan got a DUI two weeks ago...
