No of course the whole world will never ALL love Americans.

1/3 of the world is trying to find a way to get into the US, legally or illegally. Another 1/3 is quietly purchasing it (India, China, Dubai, etc.) with the US' own money, and 1/3 have their own problems.

BTW, I presume you mean a "metaphorical" war on violence. If not, I'd be interested to know what sort of weapons you fight a "war on violence" with?

The Israeli's killed a terrorist yesterday. He was 11.

I'm almost with you on this, but my guess is she's average hot. You know, just hot enough to get joe six pack to pay attention, but not hot enough to get the Yale graduates to pay attention.
Either that or she was really hot, and now that she's almost 40 it's a downward spiral of misplaced mirth and self loathing. Hence the references to narcissism instead of egotism. Projection is a nasty little psychological catch 22, it gives your own motives away if your "opponent" has any interest in the study of psychology.
