I'd be kidding myself if I said I'd wait to see what the features are. I won't be able to resist the upgrade. It's the equivalent of Christmas when a Live update comes out.
However, if there are no folder tracks and sampler is left unimproved, then I may start YELLING.

I'm still on 5. I may get 8, but i'll call it 6.
Killer Midi editing and Midi TimeStamping would be nice. Imagine almost sample tight midi performance to the 10,000th > 120.0002
Class A Offline warping and a tweakhead's "on the fly" warp setting that sounds stellar. I don;t care how much cpu it sucks up.
More emphasis on writing, spontaneity, performance and stellar audio, less on trying to be a daw. meh

also the cycling co-op hopefully brings some freaky stuff... nothing traditionally.

unashamedly yes, probably, no doubt. I won't be able to stop myself, not that I'd want to anyway.. But that does depend on what the upgrade consists of.. of course!
