Ableton is a German company and I imagine that more European than American readers are unfamiliar with the current heat wave, so I picked what I thought were appropriate units for the people who'd be most likely to be interested.
I lived in Switzerland for 15 months as a child, and I'm comfortable using either Celsius or Farenheit.

Therapy plugins, recluse old men and timpanies, prevalance of centigrade usage in new jersey... this is by far the craziest audio thread i've read in a long time... and i love it.
i think the combo of heat and lack of news on Live 9 has just made us all snap.

Just to clarify this further: There is NO host that currently supports 64 bit Rewire. (not even Reaper

...)
My guess is that once 64-bit Rewire has actually been released/made available by its developer (Propellerhead) then 64-bit hosts will implement support.
ReWire–only in Sibelius 7
ReWire normally requires both the master and the slave to be 32-bit applications, because the underlying technology is not yet available for 64-bit systems. But Sibelius 7 can run as a 64-bit application and communicate with a 32-bit ReWire master, thanks to its unique inter-process communication approach.
