Yes, that's what I'm doing now.
Digging a little deeper in the ClyphX manual I found out that the SETSTOP command works non as just a stop but as a stop/play toggle so
in my userSettings.txt I stripped away the SETSTOP ; STOPALL;B2A stuff.
I assigned the TouchOSC Bridge input to the ClyphX surface controller and it seems to work.
