I like Star Trek TNG. I have this extremely naive wish for something like that to be our future. I surf the net and gather info for whatever I need. I realise that ST:TNG will never be a possible future.

In case you're serious (I like the design vibe of ST:TNG computer screens - I assume that's what you were referring to).

Not a DAW, but can be used to control a DAW. Have you seen Lemur. Looks pretty ST:TNG to me.

Yup. I am serious, and I do like their stations' screen design. I already have a controller, Push, and have decided to stop buying gear completely.

Sorry, to clarify I meant Livecontrol which is "premium content" for the Lemur ipad app. Kind of an expensive solution if you don't own an ipad. But if you do own an ipad, the Lemur app costs about $50 iirc .
