if you click in any track with mouse - the track gets armed - if you use push 2 or shut down push3 everything acts normal.This bug drives me mad, especially if you arm a hardware synth and click in any other track you loose the focus or arm more than one track.I also like to see the played midi patterns by push, if I select an other track and want to jam, to the visualed pads, which is no more posiible, because if you click into this track it gets armed and the track you want to record looses the arm, or if you switch exlusive arm on push both gets armedIt's a total disaster and drives me mad

I have many wishes… but this one would be very easy to implement and would immediately allow Push 3 to be useful for realtime mixing:
When in Session screen mode and session pad mode the encoder for each track is unused. If you could assign it to a track property- an obvious one would be volume - it would eliminate having to switch to mix mode and lose the visual of clip names to change levels.

This may have been mentioned but please please make it possible to hot swap the sample in a simpler without replacing the whole simpler device as well so you dont loose any parameter settings or macro mappings.

Big +1 to hot swapping samples in Simpler - this is one of the most useful functions in Ableton so it not being there currently feels like a huge oversight.

I just hope that we do get arrangement view in the future. Other than that, i do have the controller version but if someone from ableton can get me at least a substantial discount for live 12 suite, man that would be nice.

Push 3 standalone feature request that I suspect would be trivial to implement:
Install Serialosc
https://monome.org/docs/serialosc/linux/ on the custom Linux kernel so that monome grid can be used in conjunction with maxforlive devices. This would be game changing in building up push 3 as a performance powerhouse. If serialosc were included there are many existing m4l devices that would work out of the box with the monome grid. Please consider implementing.

I have my computer set up so that Ableton opens as soon as it boots. However I find that push does not connect with the computer in Control Live mode right away. It takes me quitting ableton and opening it again for it to connect. I'm on a mac with the latest os. Not the end of the world but very annoying and not to be expected from a device that costs $2K

I agree with pretty much everything put so far, I have a couple more, I hope they haven't been posted and I missed them**STANDALONE**
- Be able to browse / use the library on desktop from push 3 over wifi
- Tags / labels can be copied from desktop to standalone and sync between the two
- Maybe both could be solved by a named folder in the user library that is auto synced between

Play Variations on the Pads (P2 & P3): Use the Layout button to access new pad modes that allow you to trigger variations using the pads while you play.
I have more than 8 macro variations saved for an fx rack but only 8 pads light up and are playable. I would expect the rest of the pads to light up and be playable when more than 8 macro variations are saved.

The ability to sample straight to pads in a drumrack and simpler/sampler devices for realtime creative sampling.
Coming from hardware samplers to Ableton Live I was surprised that Sampler couldn't actually sample

Suggestion: On tracks with instrument racks that use key zones, the zones can be set with separate push pad colors (or take the color of the chain).
So one could play a multi-timbral split or splits and see where they are… especially useful when scrolling through octaves.
