Hey Matias/Mr. Weasel,
Can you please post details about the Lv1 and Lx1 automapping?
LV1 is pretty clear so far but for the lx1 I was dissapointed to see that scrolling through scenes did not shift the location of the start/stop clip triggers...maybe I am doing something wrong.
Either way, nice work on these!

Now that is class.
I have Live7 but this is excellent news for all Live 6 Faderfox users.
How many other companies would do something like that.
You rock Ableton.
Faderfox users usually being long standing Ableton fans and promoters, it only makes sense on a commercial level to reward them by offering them this feature on the last version of their software.
Not many companies would think this way though.
Fair play

so you can launch/stop the clips of each track in the highlighted row
by the blue start/stop buttons of LX1.
be sure to have the encoder in slot/scene-mode.
you can't record clips with slot launch anymore?
with the faderfox template live sets, one could record a clip with "slot launch" when the track was record enabled (in session view).
Now with the micromoduls as control surface, this doesn't work anymore. I select a record-enabled track and choose a slot to lauch, but nothing happens. slot launch only plays existing clips, but it doesn't activate a recording.

Live 12.1.5; Push 3; Mac OS 12.7.6
As you can see by my sig, I am techno retard. Anything to do with midi freaks me out.
I use my dj 2 just by assigning different sliders and buttons using the midi learn function. I allways thought it sucked that I couldnt scroll through clips using the encoders. Is this possible now?
How do I get live to recognise my faderfox? I need to be told in very simple english. Im on version 7.2 of live.
Some kind person please take pity on me.
Imagine part of your brain didnt work properly... thats what Im like when it comes to midi.
I was totally crap at maths in school too. Maybe that has something to do with it.

That being said, the Faderfoxes could have been featured since version 6.mrweasel wrote:Now that is class.
