And I completely agree with that statement. When I was a little kid, time really did feel like an eternity (and I wasn't even anxious to grow up either). But when you're young everything seems so trivial.

I'm in my early 20s right now but time seems to be slipping and just going so fast its ridiculous. There are more worries about the present and the future.

I knew there was something up with this forum, alot of the posters here seem extremely intelligent, well-spoken, and mature. I think its awesome! And I really admire all the older/wiser folk who are doing their thing.

I kinda think at any age you feel the same way: "I wish I started earlier" or "I should have started earlier."

I guess I realize now that its pointless to think about what you should have done in the past. We should all focus on what we're going to do in the future.
you post how you admire. good stuff.

that is one of the things i like about the forum, chances are, a lot of different point of views will lead to understanding by one person. enlightenment, in any form is something we should all strive for. while i'll be the first to admit to having some fun on the forum, i enjoy the philosophical and techno babble as well. i am getting bored with the politic threads right now, can't even think of something funny, mean, or nice about it. overload, i guess, i'll ponder on it, consciously, and sub. for a while...

we are blessed, or lucky, or "that's just how it is" that we have the toys that we do, for the price. if there is a song in your heart, sing it out, regardless of anything else. i garontee some one somewhere will connect, or be happy with the satisfaction of writing your own tunes, sharing with your friends. music is obviously something that connects each and every one of us here. and i would say it is safe to say that most of us use live. you can't find that much in common with people around you everyday, save movies and sports, but it gets real deep up in here. i don't see that much at work, or at the club.

it's a great hub for the exchange of ideas.

i was classified in the 'punks ass' category (around 20 yrs), that defends my right. And when people like dcease without any fucking reason drags me into something and calls me a homosexual (popslut is a man) i got the right to be offended. Thats just not something you do. out of the blue just and offend. What the fuck...?

and seriously it was popslut who read me wrong in the pm's anyway, i can't help that the man is an idiot

Too late for that I reckon.

Nah... I've got a LONG way to go before I can live up to the standards shown by the various Victor Meldrews on this board!

They know who they are. No need to point fingers.

I AM fed up with the growing problems in this country, hence the admittedly emotional and unfair outburst after the car theft, and upcoming relocation to Spain.
