There’s at least one documented case of a woman getting electrocuted to death while having her iPhone plugged into a cheap uncertified power adaptor. I think a warning telling you it may not charge isn’t exactly being completely honest with other potential problems.
But hey, if you can save a few bucks, good on you.

fuck that. i bought shit at a store in a box that said it was compatible with iPhone X,X,X, iPod, iPad blah... who are they to shut that shit down later?
and to add insult to injury that fucking message... as if by saying it "may" happen i might think that it's the cable manufacturers fault.

because you're to cheap to have enough wall sockets to plug all your shit in.
