i didnt read the whole thread and maybe someone mentioned it before.
the reason why i bought maschine is because i can have fun making music without having to look at a screen all the time but still being able to use all of my computers capacity in terms of storage, effects and if needed full host support.
easy nice playaround. probably not really suitable to be used in productions that aim at perfection and commercial success but for me (stopped making music 3 or 4 years ago) a nice thing to have somewhere in our living room witout too much cables that gives me the abillity to play with (instead of using 2 1210's and having to buy lots of records)

Yeah, I know. 'Cuz it's more about tools than ideas and creativity.
You'll need an MPC and probably Pro Tools to make "perfect and commercial" music. Right?
