hi' I'm trying to use the script with Live 9 and it doesn't work: I can't see the red box, and all the buttons, faders and pads don't produce any change in Live (the MIDI light blink normally when I use controls).
I'm not sure if I've mapped all the controls right: when I mapped the transport controls the only choice was between MMC;MIDI;MMC/MIDI;CONTROL.
I tried each one, but nothing happens. can't figure out where I'm doing the mistake.
When I make up MIDI preferences in Live I choose my MPD32...I followed all the procedure three times but nothing happens.
anyone could help me please?

I have the same problem: I cannot get the MMC of the Akai MPD32 to work with Ableton. (I am not using the Red box script)
I have set up all three control options in Ableton preferences for the MPD32. Is MMC not supported in Ableton??
The only way I can have remote control of the transport bar is to assign midi cc´s..
