LivePack 1.1. uploaded last night adds in Scene EIGHT - Device

When selecting this scene the eight columns will represent the values of the parameters of the device that is currently selected...

To move between devices use the bank left and right buttons and to change tracks within the CLip Launch Rectangle (Red Box) use the side round buttons....

Should be fairly straightforward so please excuse me having not updated the user guide within the device, we've just got one more scene to complete now and then we can quickly write the full User Manual to complement the user guide within the device that is accessed by clicking the round button with the ? on it!

Just working on a utility that sits on a midi track and automatically detects when the Launchpads is in User 1 and then changes the tracks output to be monitor in therefore automatically giving lighting feedback to the Launchpads that doesn't conflict with other modes....

Added some midi mappable buttons that allow you to toggle between different record quantisation levels, turn overdub on and off and delete all the notes in a midi clip, next up is working out how to delete just one note mpc style!

Better get a video done at some point as well!

Darren - BTW, 2.7.5 works great on my system - no issues at all! I can't seem to find a newer version (w/all scenes) at the above link, however... how do I get the latest version if I already purchased it? 2.7.5 seems to be the latest and greatest version on Sugarsync.

Working with User 1 mode this device automatically turns on Midi Feedback so that you can use the Drumrack mode of User 1 as it was designed...

In addition the side round buttons give the ability to:

ARM= switch Overdub on and off
VOL = Record Quantize toggled between 16n and off a
STOP = the functionality of deleting all the notes in a playing clip...

A second Utility device sits on the track that holds your drumrack, it adds in the functionality of being able to delete a single note from a playing clip press SEND A and the playing notes on the Launchpad change colour, press one and the note will be deleted from the clip returning the playing pads to the original Green...

All of this is built directly into the template as Group Track 8 allowing new clips to be triggered from Session mode of the Launchpad...

Given that 4 of the Side Round buttons are assigned functionality we've got four more, what would people want to see? Further Record Quantization Options, Clip Length choices?

This looks to be killer. Maybe some of the side buttons could be used in some way to affect velocity levels?

Ooh good idea.... It'd be a challenge though as editing the actual notes themselves will take a lot of work, and if I worked it as a switch then all notes would be overwritten at the new velocity rate....

Latest version released now offers the following features on User One mode...

1, Full LED feedback from drumrack
2, Visual Metronome
3, 4 levels of Velocity settable by the user
4, Delete all notes within a playing clip
5, Delete just one note within a playing clip (the pads turn red to indicate this mode is active)
