Thanks. There's nothing on Waves' own website.

Edit:

Finally I can get rid off my iLok. Hurrah!
Nice! I've been thinking of buying either the silver or gold starter bundles of waves pluggins, but was put off by the ilok (i already have 2 dongles for Vienna and Reason/SSL and really didn't want a third taking up another USB port). If this is real then i'll definitely be purchasing a V9 bundle! 8)

Behringers' Midi-Controllers
Looks like they have spys at Steinberg and Native Instruments...
Haha, I don't care. The controllers seem to be more manageable than Steinbergs' and will be definetly less expensive than NIs'.

How do you connect them together? Can you daisy-chain them or do you need as many usb-ports on your computer as the number of modules you use?

You have to use a hub or the mixer device (MM-1) which contains a powered hub.

It does not say anything about AAX, I wonder if they are going to wait till version 10 to try to make the switch over

I was expecting the price to be a little higher, actually. Seems like a good value for the package.

On a similar note, I wanted to see if I could use LiveControl while simultaneously using AirPhones (app to stream computer audio to iPod) that way transport could be remote controlled because I was using my closet as a vocal booth and I could hear playback through the iPod whilst controlling Live with LiveControl, that way I didn't need to see my computer monitor.

It would've been flawless but AirPhones had a couple dropouts over a minute. Longer latency settings didn't make a difference (in that sense, I still got short latency with control and sound). I am on a G network, though /shrug

Wondering if anyone else has tried the same thing

I recently picked up an NT1A. I wanted something for recording female vocals and it seemed reputable. I haven't used it yet, but I'm curious how the sE compares.

They're comparing the original 2200a; the new one will be even more versatile.

Isn't CD 44.1KHz?
