The fascist regime wanted to remain neutral (like switzerland), but Hitler wanted to occupy Italy. That is why Mussolini allied with him and entered the war. Because he could not be allied with democracies or USSR, being a dictator. Stop learning history on "captain america brInwashing channel"

England and France entered the war because Hitler attacked and occupied them. Australia and Canada were ex british/france colonies. U.S. entered the war because of business. you know nothing, come on U.S. capitalists did big business with nazi germany and italian fascist regime till 1941. And Churchill loved Mussolini. U.S. never changed: a racist capitalist system based on "white racial supremacy". Infact U.S. have always supported military dictatorships, fascists and such. what you said was that Mussolini joined the Nazis because he hated democracies and the USSR so much that it was the only logical course.

so, i used a modern example of that same scenario... all these other countries joined the US in recent times because joining the eviler of two evil sides is the way to go (based on your HisStory)! just look how that worked out for Italy!
