Whatever i try it's keeps switching the screen back on...
Also when using the mouse to put the screen off and not the push encoder.
Last 2 ideas: Turn the display off and then load a set that doesn't contain the toggle device. In theory (and in practise on my side) it should be stuck in the imp.push connection, not allowing Live to connect.
Or check with Sigabort, they got their own way to control the display. It isn't free though. And I'm not sure how they kill the display process. Maybe there's a serial/MIDI message that they reverse engineered.

Hi Hofmann,
Sorry late reaction....working....so no time.
It seems to work now...i saved the live set with the MFL effect in a midi channel.
Loading the liveset again the push-screen is off but.....also the backlights in the pads and functions keys.
So you have to switch on/off the MFL effect and then the pads and function key backlights are on and working and the screen off.
The CPU is around 1.5% in the activity monitor so this works.
thanks..

So far nothing has changed in L10, still idleing around 20+ %, goes up a bit if your tweaking synth stuff (tried it with Reaktor 6) but the new ableton Wavesynth will take it into 35% or so...
