everything in this world is made to make you upgrade, and upgrade, and upgrade, and upgrade more and more... for more and more $.

do you faderfoxies think upgrading to live 7 and benefiting of the faderfox support is worst the price ??? (99euros)

cheers to all

So how are you guys working with the support on 7? Is it worth, or are you staying with the usual templates?

Yes. Some of them:

If it works with 1st generations foxes;

If we can reassemble tracks without mess, as occurred with templates;

What changes in the mixer area in comparison with the old template method.

It works great with my LV1

you can move tracks around as much as you want.

it pretty much works just like the layout on top of the fader fox, but macros are added.

I never worked with the 1st gens. But 1st and 2nd gen are compatible regarding CCs as far as I know, so that should work. Since it's using Live's instant mapping - you can move things around however much you like.

Changes I don't know. But on my LC2 & LD2 almost everything just works according to labels - without any manual mapping.

nice... I just discovered trough Mathias that the modules merge all incoming midi data. This means I can use my drehbank plugged on the foxes to the Multiface´s Midi in. Nice and easy, no need for another usb port.

I love germans. girls and gear, I mean :)
