Someone asked:
"How do you use your MPC2500 with live?"

the mpc is the brain/ control surface/ midi sequencer (sound only lives in it when I play live).

Live is the sound module/ recorder/ mixer/ fx box/ midi data manipulator.

I use drum racks just like every other mpc/ live user, as a MUCH more flexible version of the mpc's internal abilities.

The orange chair is my chair of power. I call her Mary.
Got the rack cases from www.thomann.de. Be careful though, dont buy the cheap ones like I did... go for the more expensive ones made from plywood. Mine are made from some kind of tough plastic, and its not great for putting stuff on top of (like my monitor... anything heavy will make the top of the flight case bend)

Oh sorry, I guess Simon Pegg isn't so big in USA. Well now you know, you look kinda like a comedian whos really popular in Western Europe called Simon Pegg.

He actually had a small part in Mission Impossible 3 (I think it was 3)

Anyway...
Only the hardcore cult movie fans here in America know who he is. :)
More people will be aware of him after the new Star Trek though.

The chair was a present from... my mother in law!
She got it at an auction somewhere. I think its led an interesting life.
I have another one that looks a bit like a mini doctor evil chair (if doctor evil had been smoking a lot of dope).
You can kind of see it in my 2nd picture, but it dosnt really do it justice.
Its orange too.
