one thing seems obvious...they had second thoughts about releasing the beta, bc 2 weeks is not "soon" by any standard

not even gonna speculate as to why the hold-up, i can only assume they read all the threads in this forum

I'm thinking it might be more along the lines from going by Valve Time.

Yes, it's kind of pathetic, just announce something if you are sure to come up with would be the better marketing strategy on the long run.

Yes, but as a matter of fact I don't care about Live 9 at all, but I'm a bit eager to try out Bitwhig.
