they seem nice, BUT.....
a friend of mine has the NanoKey since a week and he's quite disappointed with it.
the weight (stand) is ultralight, the keys are feeling like a laptop keyboard and
stuck sometimes, also the overall feel is ultracheap. He's expected some more
quality and sent it back to Thomann. I only can see usage for playing some simple
basslines sometimes or to trigger some simple midi events. Sure, for 50€ there's very less budget to bring a pro product, but for 30€ more you get an
fully functional midi keyboard with some knobs.....
Also, i would like to test the NanoPad, i'm curious how they manufactured this
really "hands on" thing.

why comes this controller always with usb? that's fuckin' crap. no midi at all. this controller would be so more sexy with midi and only batteries. something like the remote sl but smaller.
why?

why?
Because these are so small/thin, you can't possibly fit a standard midi jack on them.

yes, it's correct. there won't fit a standart midi plug into these.
the "look like junk" corresponds well to the "feel like junk"

The Pad thinngie could be nice if the xy pad would be the same as on the Pad Kontrol...
The faders must be pretty tiny on the other thing, the keys look like rubbish on the next thing.

It seems they were to be released this month (everything is subject to change as we know

) here in the U.S. From what I see now, it shows early November. From the Korg UK site, the black version to be released "later this year". They're a nice stalking stuffer for the price, though !

This is exactely the type of product you get when a once respected manufactuer starts making fucking video games.
Total junk and if you are dumb enough to buy this and then complain about it's build quality you deserve to get stuck with it.

I like the black WAY better, definitely something I'd consider for writing while travelling. But yeah, you gotta be realistic about the quality at that price.
