What is the easiest way to save a Clip as a new audiofile, and place it whereever you want on you harddrive, and NOT in an outomatic folder?

if ur on windows, download this .exe

http://fridge.net.au/live_offf/saveas.exe

use it as your audio editor in ableton, and whenever in the clip properties you click on 'edit' it will come up with a Save-As window.

... and if I\m on mac?
