bass package

hi guys,
do you know of any packages i can use to create some good rock bass riffs with? i've been using reason 4.0 but its more for dance music. any ideas?

i know some guys, using reason for full on death metal drums (additional to the live drums), bass (exclusively) and other sounds they are called Hemperor, you can check 'em on myspace.
reason is not just for dance music, wrap your had around it.
or you can use `LIVE, however they are all working after a midi programming / sequencer principle.
