BeatLookUp. Chris List's ultimate sample mangler. If I want to get a bit more hands on, I might use the L3 machine.

Would this be why i am getting computer noise in my monitors?
(plugged into the same extension as computer etc)

perhaps, but if it isn't enough, add a microwave to the chain and turn it on with a setting of high while you do all of your audio recording

I still love the supatrigga/livecut combo.
But i've got a folder of around 15 great Reaktor ensembles i've modified that all do different mangling things and they're all hooked up to a controller for instant mangling.
What's important for me is that it's instant. I want to just load up a plug and go nuts that very second, twiddling and screwing around.

This seems like a lot of effort.
I simply use an effect rack and then chain up My "Mobile", "Hair Dryer (diffused)" and "Vacuum cleaner (Dyson)" Simpler presets.
OK, they're not as natural sounding as the analogue hardware but it's close, this digital shit. Most people can't tell the difference and they're a fraction of the price.

ME
and perhap's a little bit of beat repeat, supatrigga, and buffer override.
I pass my signals thru those fx chains, record the mess out, and chop / cut /slice / rearrange the pieces until it sounds good...
but for beat juggling, riddim collisions and concatenations... the best is out of LIVE (arrangement to session to arrangement thru Fx to session to arrangement...)
I don't like RANDOMNESS, just for generating good ideas that I can then FREEZE and keep with me
