yeah, i think soundcloud is pretty ace. only have one unfinished track on it so far. plan to get more up over the weekend, once they get finished.

I just signed up for it, and kind of messed up because I didn't know you couldn't change the order of the songs, so the first one that comes up is one I threw up there as a contrast to my normal stuff.

If anyone happens to go check it out, do me a favor and start at the bottom.

Create a set - add the tracks to the set in the order you want them to appear and then you can choose to have your set be the thing that appears first on your public profile.

The one thing myspace has going for it is traffic. How's your traffic on soundcloud?

I also love virb but hardly anybody goes there outside other musicians and artists at a trickle, which isn't a bad thing but kind of reminds me of mp3.com, tons of traffic but not much from the common man.

I don't get much traffic myself, but then I'm not actively promoting myself. I think of it as a resource to be used along with myspace especially as it seems you can embed your Soundcloud player in your MySpace page. If you can embed it in the other services (Facebook, Virb, etc) then you've got one central point tracking your plays etc.
