boy do i have a long way to go... i have ad installed and running fine but i have no idea how i can start to make beats with it. anyone know of a good online tutorial that shows how to use ad WITH a sequencer. most of what i have seen is how to navigate the ad window itself but nothing on how you record, edit beats etc. ive dragged and dropped some of the pre-made midi beats from ad to ableton but how to build my own...

Are you using it in ableton or stand alone? If you're using it in ableton, you can arrange rhythms in the piano role.
