Dummy Clips/IAC Driver unusable since computer+Live upgrade

Hi,

I'm a guitar player who heavily uses Live for live looping purpose: I use dummy clips to automate the recording/playing/stopping of the loop I record so I can concentrate on playing and singing.
All my dummy clips are on a single midi track which midi output is set on "IAC Driver (Bus1)" and I use the "midi learn" fonction to chose the location of the clip I record.

All this was working perfect.

I upgraded my Live 5 to Live 7 and my iBook G4 to a Macbook both at the same time and since then, I can't do this: it doesn't work anymore. :?

The "IAC Driver (Bus1)" is written in grey when I open my live sets (I guess it means it's not available anymore)

So my questions are:
- Is it due to the Live upgrade or the computer upgrade ?
- Did I do something I don't remember in my old iBook to get the IAC Driver or is it supposed to be in the computer right from the start ?
But most important:
- How can I get this to work again ??
or if I can't, is there any other way to use dummy clips to do the same as I always did ?

I'll really appreciate any help: my live gigs are based on this. If I can't do it, I'm f**d and Live will be useless for me.

Thanks.

you probably only have to enable the IAC driver. Go to applications - utilities - there is a little application for the midi-configuration of OSX.
