Automatic Bar cropping !
for example you are recording a midi drum kit in a session long take .
The timing is wrong and you want to fix some quantization ,but not the whole thing .
Highlight the clip or track go to edit choose bar cropping for 16 ,8, 6, 4,2 ,1 bar(s) and presto ....also would be handy for making "midi loops" to copy to clips for live improvisation .

Probably not what you want but Live has several key commands for adjusting loop length, such as dividing it by half (or doubling it) and moving it (nudging) where you want it. Takes a little practice on getting comfortable with it though.
