thats for the combo update, you only need that if you are going to 10.5.6 from something earlier then 10.5.5

the 10.5.5 UB update is 330 MB


cloned earlier, updating now.

It's a pretty simple update from the patch notes. Sort of implies to me that there's some security update in there, that is very important but nothing they want to be direct about . . .

no issues for me, but it took two hours to DL, and i didn't get live up after.

10.5.6 hosed a G5 at my work.

no apps will open and lots of the "five languages of Death" screen

fun fun. a different G5 took it fine.
