So the last video I posted was completely counterfeited when Fatrabbit said, "isn't that what the Slice to New Midi feature is for?" because he is right....
So I've incorporated the Slice to New Midi Feature with the Step Sequence I did. And the sample actually came out a lot better than before.
Check it out

the first vid was made to emulate a step sequence program for the monome called MLR

Indeed, I can't see what the monome is doing there...

it's actually more fun to just play the slices from your midi keyboard and sample the output (be it midi or audio)

No offense, but this in no way emulates mlr. Mlr functions as a user controlled live tactile performance program, with hardware control and feedback via the monome device. In Mlr you are always in control of what part of a sample is playing, while this appears to be a computer controlled sequence randomiser.
Rather than this being a monome video, this is just a very simple tutorial on slice to midi and follow actions, and while it may be useful as such to those unfamiliar with these techniques, those said users will be unable to find the tutorial due to the misleading nature of your thread title.
I recommend not using the word monome in relation to your videos unless a monome, or monome-like device is used within, as you will not recieve the feedback that your tutorials may deserve, and will just recieve sarcastic replies.
Hope that didnt sound rude, (wasnt meant to be) just a bit of advice.
For more info on monome, what they do, and how their programs work, check out the monome website
