Nice sound. I can see this type of track played on Miami Beach as it is minimal tech/lounge 'ish.
Bells used as lead instrument sounds nice, but around 1:56 it was used in 2 motifs; while complimentary, could have been an opportunity to introduce another instrument, preferably something an octave below the bells. This would round out the use of the frequencies in the mid range. Also, when the bell goes arp'ing, perhaps another instrument might work better.
Just a thought... Keep at it, you've got the right instincts.
