Nanokontrol - No Worky

Just got a nanokontrol. How the hell do I get it to work?

well, for starters, what have you done so far? It came with some instructions, I assume these have been followed - what system are you on, etc. etc.?

Sorry basically I cannot get it to control anything via midi. Read instruction but maybe it is something simple?

Under Midi preferences, have you turned on "remote" for the nanokontrol's midi input?
