midi question

hi,
i'm building a new liveset and have encountered the following problem:
i want to control a high pass filter with a pot on my midicontroller, and i want the same pot to turn off the filter when its value is 0. if i just link the pot to the on/off button, it turns the filter on/off at value 64/63. can this be changed? im using live 6 btw

not natively i think, 63/64 is the general on/off point for switches
