Consolidating and Exporting MIDI

Hi All,
I have some projects on the go which need to be in General MIDI format. I have created a piece of music in Live 7 using a General MIDI VST, it consists of several MIDI tracks.
I want to export the entire piece into a single .MID file, including multiple channels and program information etc.
Is it possible to do this? I can export single clips of MIDI no problems, but I need to consolidate them somehow.
Any ideas?
