Wow, I'm surprised not more people are that excited about this. With M4L I would imagine one could do A LOT of new stuff with analogue modulars.

It works with MOTU audio interfaces as well as the RME Fireface.

MOTU really came up with a big one here; I've got a Fireface 400 and have always thought about a small modular........

Damn, '09 is turning out to be one hell of a year. ;)

it's an excellent package but not all credit to MOTU, stretta from the monome community developed this app for MOTU, this functionality was broken during the year through a max/msp patch. I have a feeling this one was a case of the hackers hacking the hardware and the developers realising what they had so they hired them to make an app for them. Just speculating.

The strangest thing about this is that it took what? almost 12 years of VST before someone released this??

Breathing new life into old hardware is a quite notable accomplishment.

My beloved Korg Mono/Poly is going to see more action in 2009.

NAMM 09. Never forget.
